Upcoming: Soul of an Emerging World Book Series
Personal Stories from the Visionaries at the Front Lines of Global Change

Are you working to create sustainable community? Are you part of the social justice movement that is changing our world? Are you an entrepreneur, artist, mother and/or creative visionary who is working to create peaceful and dynamic solutions within yourself, your community and the world?
If so, we would like to hear your story. Project Life Stories (Santa Fe) and Lively ‘Hoods (Austin) are gathering stories that will be part of a book series entitled “The Soul of an Emerging World” The first books will focus on the “Earthchangers” who are working to restore and heal the planet, working to heal their own wounded hearts and working to create and manifest a world that is good and abundant for all. The flagship book, The Soul of an Emerging World will focus on stories from people based anywhere in the world. The next three books will each focus on people doing work in particular locations
- The Soul of an Emerging World: Santa Fe
- The Soul of an Emerging World: Austin
- The Soul of an Emerging World: San Francisco and the Bay Area
10% of proceeds from all books will benefit sustainable organizations in each city or town featured including Bioneers (Santa Fe and Bay Area books) and GreenAustin (Austin book).
Each story that is chosen will feature a bio and website of the writer. This is an amazing opportunity to bring national and local attention to your vision, your work and your life.

You are writing most importantly about your life, your journey and your vision for a better world. Your story should have three central aspects:
1) an aspect of your life story that is personal, intimate and authentic. The reader should feel that she has a sense of who you are and a bit of the “tone” or “vibration” that you express in your life.
2) an obstacle that you have come up against in your life (either internal, external or both) and that you have transformed or overcome
3) The vision that you are working to create in your life and the world. How did you come to stand where you are today? What is your grandest vision for your/ our future and how can you/we create it?
We will be accepting submissions through Dec.31, 2007. Each author’s bio and business/artist website of choice will be featured in the book and on the Soul of an Emerging World/Soul of a City/ Website.
